How guests opt in

There are exactly two opt-in paths. Both are reproduced below, verbatim, as the guest sees them.

Path 1 — Reservation form on elevatedlounge.nyc

Guests visit elevatedlounge.nyc, open any event page, and click Reserve. A reservation form opens where they enter their name, email, and mobile number, then must actively check an unchecked consent box before submitting. Below is that consent step exactly as it appears to the guest:

Yes — reserve my spot

The SMS consent box is unchecked by default. If a guest does not check it, their mobile number is not stored and they are never texted.

Path 2 — Lead form on our Facebook and Instagram ads

Guests who see one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram can submit a lead form asking us about booking a birthday, table, or section. The form collects their name, email, mobile number, event date, and party size. Below the fields, the form carries this disclaimer, which the guest must read before the Submit button:

Submit

Guests who submit a lead form receive replies about that inquiry from a real member of our team, plus up to two follow-ups. Every message identifies the sender and carries opt-out instructions. If a guest does not check the consent box, their number is not texted.

Age gating & message content

Elevated at Partake is a 21-and-over venue licensed to serve alcohol in New York City. Because our venue is age-restricted, this text program is age-gated at every point of entry:

At opt-in: The consent checkbox requires the guest to confirm they are 21 or older in the same affirmative action that grants SMS consent. The box is unchecked by default. A guest who does not check it is never texted.
On the website: Every page carries a 21+ notice, and our Terms state that entry requires valid government-issued photo identification proving the guest is 21 or older.
At the door: Identification is checked and verified for every guest, every night, before entry. No guest under 21 is admitted.
Message content: Messages are reservation, booking and event-logistics messages — confirming a reservation, replying to an inquiry the guest submitted, linking to a table or section booking page, or announcing an event date and time. We do not send messages promoting tobacco, cannabis, firearms or gambling, and we do not advertise alcohol pricing, products or consumption by text.
Not sold or shared: Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
